Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, you can return unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

How to start a return

Email support@arternix.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. We will reply within 1–2 business days with a return address and instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Tell us in your return email and we will ship the replacement as soon as the original item is on its way back.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we will replace it at no cost.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards and items marked final sale cannot be returned.
