Processing time

Every piece is made to order. Orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays).

Shipping rates (United States)

• Free standard shipping on orders over $75
• Standard shipping: $5.99, typically 3–7 business days after dispatch

International

We currently ship to selected countries; rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, email support@arternix.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
